From June 15 to 19, JJA employees participated in a new edition of Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week (QVCT), an event that is now well-established in the company's life.
Throughout the week, numerous activities were offered to encourage well-being, raise awareness of good workplace health practices, and promote moments of exchange among employees.
Here's what's on the agenda: seated massages, yoga classes, sophrology sessions, Pilates, Zumba, a conference dedicated to combating sedentary lifestyles, boxing introductions, and fruit baskets available in break areas. All of these initiatives have allowed everyone to take time for themselves while sharing enjoyable moments with colleagues.
Beyond this themed week, quality of life and working conditions are a fundamental commitment for JJA. The company is convinced that a work environment that pays attention to each person's well-being not only fosters individual fulfillment but also the quality of human relationships, team engagement, and collective performance.
This approach is fully in line with the Group's culture and its social responsibility initiative, which places people at the heart of its development. Throughout the year, various actions are carried out to support employees, encourage dialogue, and contribute to an ever more positive and inclusive work environment.
JJA thanks all the HR teams, the speakers, and its partners for their commitment and contribution to the success of this new edition of QVCT Week.
