Co-create to design better
Everything begins with close dialogue between the JJA teams and their long-standing industrial partners, based in Dongguan, China. 3D modeling, prototypes, successive adjustments: every detail is considered upstream to optimize both the product and its manufacturing process.
From design to production
In three months, the projects take shape: tools are created and implemented, and production lines are organized. As a result, in just 30 days, the lines are running at full capacity and the first parts are produced. Each product is then finished by hand: inspected, assembled, and carefully packaged before heading to points of sale.
A commitment beyond the product
Beyond the product, we pay close attention to manufacturing conditions. Our industrial partner notably relies on large-scale solar energy production, which allows them to be 100% % energy self-sufficient. Salaries and working conditions go beyond industry standards.
