Decent work rests on four pillars, defined by the ILO.

Amfori also defines 13 key performance areas to ensure dignified working conditions, ranging from fair remuneration to the prohibition of forced labor.
In 2023, 95% of JJA purchases were covered by a social audit in our supply chain.
Since 2022, we have strengthened our commitment to Amfori by assuming the vice-presidency of the French network, because we are determined to advance these principles.
