After starting his career in China, where he worked for a trading company, Devlin developed expertise in project management and product line management. Back in France, he enriched his experience in various environments, particularly in the hotel and logistics sectors, before joining JJA in late 2021 as an Industrial Buyer for the lighting product family.
Over these four years, he has developed a strong sensitivity to supply chain issues and a cross-functional vision of the business, enabling him today to take responsibility for the Christmas Business Unit.
In his new role, Devlin aims to leverage the cohesion of existing teams, strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams, and support talent development. His approach is based on listening, sharing, and building a work environment that is both demanding and collaborative.
