With a background built notably at Leroy Merlin and Galeries Lafayette, she has developed HR expertise rooted in operations, closely aligned with field challenges and teams.
Its vision of human resources is based on a concrete, everyday role: to support managers and employees at every stage of their journey, in direct connection with on-the-ground realities.
