At JJA, internal career development is possible! After several years with 5five as Offer Manager, Damien Cauny joined Hespéride, initially as Supply and Components Manager, before becoming the October 1 Group Manager.

Damien stresses that this development is the result of a conscious decision to pursue his development within the Group:
