As part of its commitment to skills development, JJA was pleased to welcome Dalila Cheghannou and Frida Coupin, AKTO, representatives of the OPCO AKTO, for a conference dedicated to professional training schemes.
The aim of this intervention, which was complementary to the in-house support offered, was to enable each employee to gain a better understanding of the tools at their disposal to build their career path.
Several schemes were presented, including the CPF, CEP, skills assessment, VAE and PTP. These are just some of the solutions available to help you develop your skills, prepare for internal mobility, consider retraining or enhance your experience.
