b) Intellectual property rights attached to the Website’s presentation and content

The Website, its design, and its entire content — including texts and photographs — are protected under the French Intellectual Property Code, particularly by copyright provisions (Articles L.122-1 et seq.).

The Website, its presentation, content, and all associated images remain the exclusive property of JJA and the JJA Group, who hold all related intellectual property and personality rights, whether by origin, assignment, or license.
