For two weeks, JJA hosted 10 second-year students as part of their observation internships. An immersion designed to introduce them to the diversity of jobs that contribute daily to making the Group thrive.
Throughout their journey, the trainees met our teams and explored many areas of expertise: design, photography, merchandising, information systems, communication, legal, and accounting. An opportunity to better understand the different facets of our professions and the paths that lead to them.
Beyond observation, the students also took on a collective challenge. Brought together in project teams, they imagined, filmed, and edited a video recounting their experience at JJA, putting their creativity, organizational skills, and teamwork into practice.
We thank all the staff who shared their daily lives and accompanied these young people throughout their immersion, as well as our interns for their curiosity, commitment, and enthusiasm.
