At JJA, passing on and developing talent is an integral part of our culture. Every year, we have the pleasure of welcoming new work-study students, who bring a fresh perspective and valuable energy to our teams.

We are convinced that apprenticeship is a genuine exchange: students and tutors enrich each other by sharing know-how, experience and new perspectives. This dynamic contributes fully to the vitality and development of our Group.

To support our work-study students from the moment they arrive, each one of them is assigned a mentor. This scheme encourages integration, facilitates discovery of the professional environment and provides personalized support throughout the career.

For the class of 2025/2026, our work-study students are joining teams with a wide range of expertise: digital, sales, communications, payroll, merchandising and many other professions. These are all learning grounds for developing their skills and building the first steps in their professional careers.
