The JJA Group welcomes Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Garcia to its Executive Committee as CEO of h\u00f4ma and Director of Retail Experience Group.<\/p>

With over 30 years of experience in the retail sector, particularly at Carrefour and Casino in France and internationally, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Garcia has a solid understanding of the challenges of retail, consumers, and the functioning of store networks. His career has enabled him to develop expertise in both strategic and operational aspects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

With nearly 60 stores in Portugal and Spain, h\u00f4ma holds a special place in the JJA Group ecosystem. The brand serves as a real testing ground for understanding consumer expectations, testing new approaches, and deepening our understanding of the challenges of distribution.<\/p>

Through his new responsibilities, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Garcia will have the mission of developing this retail expertise and strengthening the synergies between Homa, the brands, and the various departments of the Group.<\/p>

This appointment is part of the JJA Group\u2019s commitment to better understand the realities of retail and to transform the lessons learned from the field into concrete performance levers for its customers.<\/p>

From the design of products to their marketing, the goal is to benefit all the Group\u2019s activities with this in-depth knowledge of distribution and consumer behavior.<\/p>
